Service Description

Pet sitting is an overnight service that takes place in your home. It is booked in 24 hour increments and includes everything that may be in your standard routine including feeding, medication, potty breaks, etc. Due to needing to attend to other clients and personal matters, dogs should be able to be alone for 4-6 hours if needed. Overnights start at $85 for one dog and $15 for the second dog and $5 for each after that, and $5 per extra cats. If you need overnights for just cats, please inquire as pricing may be lower based on your needs. For bookings where the end time is much later than the start time, an extended care rate will be added to the booking. There is a 2 hour grace period and the extended care rate starts after that. The extended are rates are as follows: 2-5 hours: 25% of the booking fee 5-8 hours: 50%. of the booking fee 8+ hours: 100% of the booking fee

Cancellation Policy

House Sitting: A 100% refund is available if cancelled by 12:00pm one week before the service begins. 12:00pm is determined by the sitter's time zone. If cancelled later than 12:00pm one week before the stay begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 6 cancelled calendar days from the cancellation request date. If canceled within 24 hours of booking, an 80% refund is available. Other Services: A 100% refund is available if cancelled by 12:00pm one week before the service begins. Clients get a 50% refund if they cancel within 24 hours of booking. Clients receive 0% refund if canceled same day.
